Regional WA’s long established “British Auto Classic” is returning after a two year break.
This time at a new venue The El Caballo Resort and its Lush Golf Course,
on Great Eastern Highway, Wooroloo,
The event renamed British Auto Classic Extravaganza 2016 will be held over 2 days, Sat
29th and Sun. 30th Oct. with the British Classic Car Show as the main feature of day 2.
Featuring Classic British Cars from some 30 clubs and groups.
Other features will include:-
Tractors, Trucks, Military Vehicles and Working Vintage Machinery
There will be a wide variety of supporting attractions on both days which will include
the traditional large Craft and Produce Market & Wine & Gourmet Expo.
Plus a range of events in the “Arena” inspired by the El Caballo Equestrian Heritage,
The Andalusian Dancing Stallion and a Vaulting Display with “Riding for Disabled Children”
Complemented by Dancing Dogs and a Canine Agility Competition.
A Kids Corner will offer Pony Rides, Bouncy Castle, Face Painting, Shawn the Sheep and
McDonalds Animal Farm.
Then Clydesdale/Wagon rides, or Helicopter Rides for the more adventurous.
The Outdoor stage will feature some of the great entertainment for which El Caballo is
renown these days, with the 17pc Metro Big Band and UK Tribute Shows, Sir Tom Jones,
Shirley Bassey. & The Australian Beatles.
A Scottish Pipe Band and Morris, Scottish, Irish and Clog Dance groups will perform
throughout the venue.
On Sunday the stage show line up will boosted by long time BAC event favorites
The Australian Army Band Perth “Big Band”.
Around noon on Sunday, The Royal Aero Club of WA will entertain the crowd with
a fly-past by formations of Vintage and Modern aircraft.
All complimenting the British theme of this great event, with something for everyone.
Team W4 are going to display a range of Land Rovers from 1948 – 2016 at the car show on the Sunday. If you want to be involved email firstname.lastname@example.org. Entry is free on the Sunday for those displaying.
Unfortunately due to all the performing animals such as, Andalusians, Farm Yard and Dancing Dogs, no pets will be permitted in the event.
