Trip Co-ordinator

The primary role for the Trip coordinator is to administer and publicise TeamW4 trips, and external events.
This is done by collating member trip plans and external events onto various media.

Duties of trip Coordinator:

Check proposed trips and events meet club requirements prior to publicizing;
Ensure that trip leaders submit trip report form for insurance purposes;
Update website calendar;
Add trips to web calendar and create Facebook events and publicise as necessary;
Promote the need for our club to get involved with community events to help promote the positive aspects of club membership;
Attend TeamW4 committee meetings;
Attend annual trip coordinators meeting held by the WA4WD Association;
Assist other committee members as required;
Fill in for other committee members as required.
